Terms of Service — V-Box Africa

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the V-Box app, website, and smart locker network, operated by Vintech Africa ("we", "us", "V-Box").

1. Using V-Box

You must provide accurate information when booking a locker, receiving a delivery, or sending a package.
Access codes are personal to your booking — do not share them with anyone other than the intended recipient.
You may not use V-Box to store or send anything illegal, hazardous, perishable without proper packaging, or prohibited by Kenyan law.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment is deducted from your V-Box wallet, which you top up via M-Pesa, card, or bank.
Pricing is shown in the app before you pay and may vary by location, size, and duration.
Cancellations and early releases are handled per our Refund Policy — refund percentage depends on how far ahead you cancel.
Packages left beyond the applicable collection or storage window may incur additional fees, or be handled per our overstay process communicated in the app.

3. Liability

We take reasonable steps to keep your items secure, including unique access codes and monitored compartments. However, V-Box is a storage and transit facility, not an insurer — we recommend not storing irreplaceable or highly valuable items without prior arrangement, and we are not liable for items left in violation of these Terms.

4. Property Owner Partners

If you host a V-Box unit at your property, a separate hosting agreement covering installation, revenue share, and responsibilities will apply in addition to these Terms.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as V-Box evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
